At Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery we chose to work with Two Peaks Packaging for a custom bottle project for our barrel aged spirits. Throughout the process the team at TPP were informative and helpful with honest timelines, expectations, and outcomes for the new bottle design. One step in this process that really stood out to me, was receiving communication that TPP was sourcing another manufacturer for our bottles because they were not confident in the consistency workmanship for our unique bottle design. The timing was great because our previous glass supplier was going through some transitions and customer service & product quality was falling quickly to the way side. To us, it felt more like only big customers became their priority…but there in begs the question, does size really matter? Not for Kris, he takes all comers, looks em in the eyes, and delivers satisfaction. Two Peaks has proven to deliver high quality glass, on time and with great communication. What else does a distiller need?…well, on top of this SBH, we recently received a pallet of bottles with some slight issues. Kris immediately jump into action. He quickly sent us a replacement pallet and had us return the compromised bottles to Colorado…his team then cleaned, re-stacked and returned them in perfect condition 2 weeks later…and if that wasn’t enough, he then gave us a unnecessary discount on our next pallet for our troubles. Two Peak Packaging has allowed us to decrease our bottle cost by more than half! On top of that, Two Peaks nearly always has supplies on hand locally so we have product when we need it. Two Peaks Packaging is flexible and proficient. A great addition to any professional team.

TPP has some of the best customer service around, they work with us to solve just about any packaging request for our copacking clients. As a small business we need the flexibility to meet our copacking clients' needs which can be varied. TPP works with us from the inception of a brand to a full packaging solution. Using TPP as a one stop shop for our copacking clients makes our jobs much simpler. One of our current clients just recently added a new product to their lineup and TPP made that process seamless. The team at TPP are easy to work with and have some of the best turnaround times in the industry.

During the pandemic when everyone was running out of glass, I cold called Kris from Two Peaks on the recommendation of a friend. I told him that I needed help. My glass supplier had told me on Monday that I they had 10 pallets of bottles for me in their warehouse and not to worry. By Friday when I asked them to ship the 10, they had NONE. I went from 1800 cases of glass to NONE in a phone call, and OND was a month away. I had a 5 year relationship with this company and their answer to my problem was “Sorry, there is nothing we can do.” Kris jumped in with both feet and I had 4 pallets of glass by the end of the week and more on the way. When no one would help me, not even the company where I had been buying glass for 5 years, Two Peaks jumped in and came through. They saved my OND and I only buy from Two Peaks. I cannot recommend them enough.
